Sales Policies
At Emballage Tout, we are committed to providing quality products and services while maintaining transparency in our sales practices. The following policies apply to allorders placed with us.
Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to overrun or underrun up to 10% of the quantities ordered for personalized orders.

Pallet charges may apply where applicable.

Additional charges for graphic design / prepress work may apply.

Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.

For personalized orders, the final cost of printing plates will be confirmed upon receipt of the artwork.

Any applicable discounts are calculated on the subtotal before taxes and delivery costs.
Deposits for Personalized Orders

A non-refundable deposit may be required before an order can be processed.
Payment Terms

Payment terms apply from the invoice date, not from the pickup date.
Return and Credit Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Returned goods must be 100% complete, unopened, and in resalable condition.

There are no returns on items that are special ordered specifically for a client.

If a client receives a defective product, a claim must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

All returned products must be shipped to Emballage Tout prepaid, including duty.
Shipping Claims

FOB Terms: For orders sold FOB Emballage Tout, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods leave our facility.

Damaged Shipments: If goods arrive damaged, customers must note it on the delivery receipt and notify Emballage Tout immediately with supporting details (photos, delivery slip, etc.).

Claims: Emballage Tout will assist in submitting a claim to the carrier; however, responsibility for the loss remains with the customer.

Deadlines: No credits, deductions, or replacements will be issued unless damage is reported within 10 days of receipt and the claim is approved.
Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee applies to all orders that are returned on the customer’s behalf, provided the items are valid for return. The restocking fee also applies to all orders that are cancelled once they are ready to be picked up or shipped, provided the items are valid for return.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or credited.
