We want you to feel confident when ordering from Emballage Tout. If you ever need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Customers with an account can log in and submit a return request through our self-serve returns portal.

Customers without an account can simply reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that all returns follow our Return and Credit Policy and may be subject to Restocking Fees. These policies outline the timelines, conditions, and requirements for returns.
